The charge
you'll have left
when you arrive

Not a range estimate. A simulation of this drive in your car: every metre of climb, the air you push through at the speed you'll hold, and the forecast for the hour you'll be at each point.

Why it existsA climb costs charge. A descent returns some.
01 — What it reads

A range figure knows none of this

Four things decide whether you arrive with charge to spare. The number on a dashboard has seen none of them, because it is an average of how you have been driving, not a reading of the road in front of you.

  • 01 The road Elevation sampled along the route you'll actually drive, as finely as every 100 metres. A climb costs full energy; the descent gives about 60% back.
  • 02 The weather Forecast wind and temperature for the hour you'll be at each point - not for where you happen to be standing now.
  • 03 Your car Weight, drag, battery and charge curve, every one of them yours to change. Log a drive and the model learns from it.
  • 04 The chargers Found on the corridor, then the fewest stops that get you there - ranked on the odds of being usable when you arrive, not on raw power.

Four screens in the order you meet them. A real drive it worked out, in a Curvv EV 55 - the same frames the store listings carry.

The trip sheet: start, destination, departure and car. The verdict: one stop to stay above 15% and arrive on 40%. The route on a map, both ends pinned, the charging stop marked. Drive it: a scrubber that plays the charge across the whole route. The drive leg by leg with the charge each one starts and ends on. The trip log: enter what a drive used and the model learns.

Free. The route, the terrain and the chargers cost you nothing - paying only removes the adverts.

What it does not know. Every figure is an estimate. It has never seen your car, your right foot or the traffic on the day, and charger databases go out of date. Keep the safety margin, and check a charging stop before you depend on it.
